Resonator Ukuleles get their tone and name from the metal resonator that sits on the top of the body. This resonator gives the ukulele a mid frequency boost that creates a very unique, almost old-timey tone (check out the audio below and you'll see what I mean!).
The Bondi Bluegrass Silver Resonator Ukulele features a traditional Bell Brass body with a highly polished gloss chrome finish. The Mahogany neck is perfectly complimented with a beautiful Walnut fretboard and a smooth matte finish.
Mahogany is a heavy wood that is really stable as a neck. It can add a little warmth to the tone that blends very well with the Bell Brass body of this reso. The combination of all of this is a ukulele unlike any you're ever heard or played!
