I'm pretty new to kalimba and I bought this one as my first "real" instrument. It has a great tone, is easy to play and hold, and the pickup makes it easy to plug into an amp and experiment with some light effects (reverb, delay/echo, etc.). An instrument that suits me now, but also has room to grow into. What more could you really ask for?

Couldnt wait to get this kalimba and learn a song or 2. Its very easy to learn! I have an electric ukulele and an amp so i could easy plug this in and play. Its very good
