Excellent bundle for a first time user. LOVED the free lesson with Jeff. My child had no clue about anything on the instrument and Jeff was able to get her headed in the right direction for first time use. Make sure you had a good internet and the lastest Skype update or otherwise skype on your phone or ipad. Had some troubles with the tuner, it did not seem to want to put the ukelele in the correct tones. Had to tune by ear.
In all a good choice for a first time user

After reading the reviews on this ukulele I decided to purchase it as my first. I really liked that it came with the tuner and extra accessories to keep from having to purchase separately. The sound quality is also very good.

My daughter just received it, I'm not a connoisseur of ukuleles but my daughter sure has invested time looking into them. She is absolutely in love with it. There was a note inside that Marcus sent telling us he wanted to make it special and added a stand for her. It made a world of difference. When I went to buy it I was concerned as it's her first one and I did not want to spend that much money on her first ukulele. I read every review and noticed there was a response to each and every comment. I'm big on customer service and it won me over. The added note from Marcus and the special gift included made it to a five star rating even if I know nothing about ukuleles. My daughter has a huge smile and the product is very "solid". Came with everything they stated. It's a beautiful crafted instrument I must say. If your searching and are like me comparing 50 to this one due to price, you certainly will not be disappointed. So happy with my new Bondi Concert Ukulele starter kit! This kit has everything beyond my expectations! The uke is beautifully constructed and I love the case and the tuner. I recently had my free skype lesson with Jeffrey Thomas, and he was so very helpful in getting me started. I have now signed up to have more lessons - I greatly look forward to having Jeff facilitate my learning on this uke journey. I highly recommend this starter kit, and I also highly recommend taking advantage of the free skype lesson with Jeff to start you on the right track!
